Pricing

There are many variables involved in determining price. We need to consider your home’s condition, its location, its size, your needs & preferences, the number of occupants, presence of pets, frequency of cleaning, etc. We can discuss these factors and provide you with a quote during our no obligation, free on-site consultation.

That being said, we understand our customers’ desire to obtain ballpark pricing. The following 2 examples will provide you with some insight into our typical bi-weekly pricing.

Example 1	3 bedroom, 1 ½ baths, main and upper floor, no family room, less than 1,800 sq ft Our standard services $80 - $100 / visit
Example 2	4 bedroom, 2 ½ baths, main and upper floor, family room, less than 2,800 sq ft Our standard services $100 - $120 / visit

First visit

For our first visit, we typically need more time to deep clean certain aspects of your home so subsequent visits can maintain that standard of cleaning. The first visit price will be determined during our no obligation, free on site consultation.

Minimum and lock out charges

Our minimum charge per visit is $50. If you are on a regular schedule ( bi-weekly, etc ) and you forget to advise us that you do not require a visit or if we are unable to gain access to your home, a $50 fee will be applied to cover our costs. To avoid this charge, please notify us 24 hrs in advance so we can make the appropriate changes to our staff’s schedule.

Please note that we do take the time to call to remind you the day before we visit – this reduces the chances of lock out situations occurring.
